1. Install the .net IDE ( Visual Studio 2008)

2. Install the Silverlight executable

3. Install the Database if needed

4. Download the existing component with source code

5. Modify the exisitng source code to our requirement and then build the dll

6. Invoke the newly built dll aby adding reference

7. If there is no custimazation, just use the downloaded dll in the project

8. Thus the new component is built or exisitng component has been utilised in the application
